**Job Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Automotive Service Advisor to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers seeking automotive repair services. Your expertise in automotive repair and exceptional customer service skills will help ensure that our clients receive the highest level of care and satisfaction. You will be responsible for assessing customer needs, providing accurate estimates, and facilitating communication between customers and our skilled mechanics.

**Responsibilities**
- Greet customers promptly and professionally, addressing their automotive service needs.
- Conduct thorough assessments of customer vehicles to determine necessary repairs or maintenance.
- Provide detailed explanations of services and repairs to customers, ensuring they understand the work being performed.
- Upsell additional services or products based on customer needs and vehicle condition.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service orders, and invoices.
- Collaborate with mechanics to ensure timely completion of services while maintaining quality standards.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and securely, processing payments for services rendered.
- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in automotive repair or a related field is highly desirable.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on building positive relationships with clients.
- Mechanical knowledge to effectively communicate technical information to customers.
- Experience in upselling services or products is a plus.
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures and point-of-sale systems.
- Previous sales experience within a dealership environment is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey information clearly.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.

Pay: $50,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
