SSR Mining - Seabee Gold Operation (SGO) is hiring for a Warehouse & Materials Coordinator.

About Your New Role:
Reporting to the Supervisor, Supply Chain, the Warehouse & Materials Coordinator will be responsible for shipping and receiving of goods, ensuring continued accuracy of receipt / shipping with documentation to and from the mine site.

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Receiving and distributing materials shipped to site, comparing received POs to data base entries in SAP.- Shipping material off site and completing necessary paperwork.- Maintaining site warehousing using max/min system, managing inventory yards, processing departmental internal inventory issuances, performing inventory counts.- Handles / transports explosives.- 50% of work is inside; and 50% is outside.

Your Knowledge and Skills:
- Knowledge of supply chain principles and industry best practices.- Ability work effectively within budget guidelines and meet required deadlines.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Strong computer skills, including extensive knowledge with ERP platforms.

Your Education and Experience:
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in warehouse and materials.- Experience with SAP.

About Our Working Conditions:
This position has a schedule of 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off at our remote camp which you will be required to fly in fly out with pick up points in Saskatoon, Prince Albert and La Ronge.
