Stoked Kitchen & Bar is hiring a Bar Manager to contribute to our awe-inspiring experience Our Bar Manager will be a fearless leader who thrives in a fast-paced demanding work environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Promote an environment conducive to high quality customer service and employee relations by positive leadership
- Ensure staff maintain prompt, efficient, friendly service
- Scheduling, training, mentoring and disciplinary action of staff
- Maintain compliance with SLGA regulations
- Maintain effective inventory controls
- Responsible for inventory, and budget and cost control
- Creates, manages and implements departmental policies and procedures

**Skills**:

- 4 to 5 years experience in food and beverage industry
- 3 to 4 years experience in management within food and beverage industry
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Developed judgment and problem solving skills
- Has working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

**Salary**: From $18.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Saskatoon, SK S7V 0P1: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Food and Beverage: 4 years (preferred)
- Management within food and beverage industry: 3 years (preferred)
