**Overview**

We are seeking a customer service-oriented, experienced and organized bar supervisor (manager) to join our growing team. In this position, you will play a key role in handling the day to day operations of the bar and staff. you will supervise, train and schedule employees. If you have a passion for hospitality and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

**Responsibilities**

  • Ensure bar space follows all licensing requirements and health and safety guidelines
  • Create bartender and employee schedules
  • Mix drinks, pour and serve wine, beer, and other beverages as needed
  • Recruit, train, and supervise new bar staff
  • Maintain stock levels and order supplies when necessary
  • Handle complaints, conflicts, questions, and suggestions from restaurant employees

**Qualifications**

  • Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred but not required.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
  • Basic math skills for accurate order processing and billing.
  • Knowledge of food safety practices is an asset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members.
  • Willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to work independently, as well as lead, manage, and motivate a team
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and stay cool under pressure
