**Position Background**:
The competency program Administrator oversees the development and implementation of the Competency Program.

**Core Duties**:

- Oversee program operations
- Identify and analyze problems with the program and prepare/implement recommendations and corrections
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders
- Investigate questions and resolve problems concerning program
- Review and improve practises within the program
- Coach and Mentor
- Develop training initiatives and present to various business types
- Manage program
- Be the program ambassador

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Education in business or related field considered and assets
- Organizational and time management skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Time management

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Retention bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Edmonton, AB T5S 1G1: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Administrative: 2 years (preferred)
