TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST

**Location**: Toronto or Kitchener

**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE ROLE INCLUDE**:
As a key member of the RJC Engineers recruitment team, this role will be responsible for a full range of recruitment activities including:

- Leading the end-to-end recruitment processes, from crafting compelling job postings to orchestrating impactful social media campaigns, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and overseeing offer negotiations.
- Delivering comprehensive reporting on key recruitment metrics to facilitate informed decision-making and drive continuous improvement in talent acquisition processes.
- Tap into pipelines of talent with external organizations and associations, universities, and colleges; all in alignment with established recruitment strategies.
- Collaborate with Marketing team to support regional and corporate recruitment strategies.
- Manage and execute the campus recruitment strategies/activities.
- Some travel would be required

**EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCIES AND ATTRIBUTES**:
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 5 years experience of full-cycle recruitment corporate/agency experience in AEC industry is preferred
- Strong technical proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (UKG preferred)
- Adept in social media and other professional networking sites
- Demonstrated success in building and leveraging KPIs/metrics
- An understanding of Canadian employment labour laws and standards
- Experience in high volume recruitment
- Experience with campus recruitment is a must
- Bilingual in English and French an asset

EDUCATION & CERTIFICATION
- Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Management and/or a combination of education and related experience
