**TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST**:
Our team in **Toronto** currently has an opening for a **Talent Acquisition Specialist**

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist fluent in English and French Canadian.

**YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Creating robust search and engagement strategies that will attract the best talent
- Upholding Brenntag’s high hiring bar through rigorous screening
- Continually contributing to the knowledge base of the group by providing education on various focus industries and market conditions
- Building out talent networks across diverse functions/industries and tapping knowledgeable industry sources to help develop a competitive advantage
- Leading client update meetings and leverage data to advance search progress
- Conducting interviews and participating in debrief/hiring conversations
- Providing strategic guidance on hiring to hiring managers
- Creating and negotiating operations/driver offers through a thorough understanding of compensation and benefits
- Communicate and collaborate with business partners and stakeholders across the company to stay abreast of technical hiring trends and to share talent.
- Establish, cultivate, and maintain influential partnerships with hiring managers, internal recruiting partners
- Other duties as assigned.

**YOUR PROFILE**:
**Education and Experience**:

- BA/BS degree in business, communications, human resources or related discipline and/or equivalent work experience, and 5+ years of recruiting
- ** Fluent in English/French Canadian a must.**:

- Strong knowledge of competitive landscape in the US, Canada, and some global market knowledge in the recruitment of corporate professionals.
- Understanding of compensation structures and challenges, including the ability to analyze compensation packages and propose appropriately competitive offers
- Strong process/systems management, interpersonal, organizational, written, negotiation and presentation skills
- Exceptional communications skills and relationship management capabilities
- Ability to travel to tradeshows and career fairs.
