Job Summary

Duties
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting patients and scheduling appointments using Cleardent
- Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally, directing calls as needed
- Verify patient insurance information and update records accurately
- Prepare and manage patient files, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Assist with billing, coding, and insurance claims processing
- Coordinate with clinical staff to facilitate smooth patient flow and appointment scheduling
- Support administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and correspondence management
- Ensure the office environment remains organized, clean, and welcoming for patients and staff

Experience
- Prior experience as a dental receptionist is a must.
- Proficiency with Cleardent is an asset
- Strong knowledge of dental terminology
- Demonstrated experience managing tasks in a fast-paced dental practice
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively under pressure
- Experience working in a team-oriented environment with strong communication skills
- Cantonese and/or Mandarin are considered an asset

**Job Type**: Part or Full Time

Pay: $22.00-$32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20-40 per week
