Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome patients to the dental office
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments using Tracker
- Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries
- Verify insurance coverage and assist with insurance claims processing
- Maintain patient records and update information as necessary
- Assist with billing and payment processing
- Coordinate referrals to specialists as needed
- Ensure a clean and organized reception area

**Skills**:

- Previous experience as a dental receptionist at least 1 year
- Proficiency in usingTracker
- Strong administrative skills, including data entry and record keeping
- Knowledge of Dental terminology and dental procedures
- Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle multiple phone lines

As a Dental Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service to our patients. Your organizational skills, hospitableness with our patients, attention to detail, and ability to multitask will contribute to the smooth operation of our dental office. Pay: $20.00-$28.00 per hour
