- Have experience with warranty administration in a dealership environment
- Have experience with CDK
- Enjoy working in a fast paced environment, with rapt attention to detail
**Responsibilities**:
- Process all warranty claims using Dealership Management System (DMS)
- Maintain all deadlines for claims submissions and related paperwork
- Authorize claim eligibility
- Track back order parts in coordination with the Parts Department
- Assign repair orders and jobs to Technicians
- Ensure that each repair order is fully and appropriately documented with the complaint, cause and appropriate attention
- Maintain a detailed and up-to-date log of the repairsProcess all warranty claims using Dealership
- Management System (DMS)
- Maintain all deadlines for claims submissions and related paperwork
- Authorize Claim Eligibility.
- Track back order parts in coordination with the Parts Department.
- Assign repair orders and jobs to Technicians.
- Telephone communications and reception
- Welcome customers visiting the Dealership showroom and inquire as to the purpose of their visit
- Vehicle licensing and administration
- Participate in dealer trade; prepare information for pick-up and collect receipts/payments
- Participate in administrative tasks
**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in automotive warranty administration is preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong computer and telephone skills
- Knowledge of mechanical/vehicle body repair
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
- Ability to take ownership of problems with a positive attitude and bring them to completion
- Ability to remain calm and focused under all circumstances to deliver exceptional service to customers
- Ability to work in a team environment to achieve common goals
