**Summary**
We are seeking a Warranty Administrator to join our team at Surplus Furniture and Mattress Warehouse. This role is crucial in managing warranty claims and ensuring customer satisfaction by providing timely support and solutions. The Warranty Administrator will play a key role in maintaining our commitment to quality service.
**Responsibilities**
- Process warranty claims efficiently and accurately, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Communicate with customers regarding their warranty inquiries and provide clear information on processes.
- Maintain detailed records of warranty claims and follow up on outstanding issues.
- Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers to resolve warranty-related concerns.
- Assist in administrative tasks related to warranty management, including data entry and documentation.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries professionally and promptly.
- Furniture Experience is an asset.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within retail or customer service environments.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Google Suite and other office software for data management.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on phone etiquette.
- Attention to detail for accurate data entry and record-keeping.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Casual
Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
