**DESCRIPTION OF WORK**:
This is a responsible position which involves the reception of cash, public relations, customer service and clerical assistance for the Financial Services Department.

**QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE**:

- Graduation from a three year Certificate Program in Accounting/Business Administration
- Two (2) years work experience in a related work environment
- Any equivalent combination of experience and training may be considered
- Experience with cash handling practices and procedures

**SKILLS**:

- Computer literacy is a must with hands on working knowledge of Windows, Excel, including spreadsheet and accounting operation
- Excellent customer service and public relations skills

**Applications must include a copy of documents confirming education requirements and references. The successful applicant must provide a Certificate of Conduct prior to commencement.**

**Salary**: $27.56 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- accounting: 2 years (preferred)
- bookkeeping: 2 years (preferred)
