**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Input and update data into databases and spreadsheets with high accuracy.
- Perform regular data verification and validation to ensure data integrity.
- Organize and maintain electronic files and records for easy retrieval.
- Assist with data collection efforts as needed for various projects.
- Support clerical tasks such as filing, scanning, and document management.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline data entry processes.
- Respond to inquiries related to data entry and assist in resolving discrepancies.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in data entry or a similar administrative role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with database management systems.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in typing and data entry tasks.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, scanners, and copiers is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Pay: $29.00-$31.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
