**About the Role**:
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Clerk to join our team for a Full time 6 month term position, June 1-December 31, 2025. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering invoice data into our accounting software to ensure timely and accurate processing of payments. This position plays a critical role in supporting our accounts payable function and maintaining the integrity of our financial records.

**Data Entry Clerk**

**Duties**:

- Enter invoice information into accounting software with a high degree of accuracy
- Review invoices for completeness and proper authorization
- Assist with matching work orders and invoices
- Flag discrepancies and communicate with internal teams as needed
- Maintain organized digital records of invoices and related documents
- Support the accounts payable team with additional administrative tasks as required

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; coursework in accounting is a plus
- Proven experience in data entry; experience in accounts payable is highly desirable
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Familiarity with accounting software is a plus
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
