Manager of Capital Projects

**RESPONSBILITIES**
- Develop and manage project plans and budgets
- Coordinate project teams and contractors to ensure timely completion of projects
- Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to identify potential problems and opportunities
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards
- Communicate project progress and updates to senior management and stakeholders
- Collaborate with other departments within the organization to allocate resources and implement strategic plans
- Provide leadership and mentoring for project team members
- Develop and implement best practices for project management and construction safety.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Diploma or degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Mechatronics or related field
- 8+ years of experience in project management, construction, and engineering in a leadership role
- PMP or other relevant certifications preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work under tight deadlines while ensuring high-quality results
- Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
- Ability to travel within Canada and US
