We are looking for a talented and driven individual to lead our team as the General Manager of Capital Ford Lincoln in Winnipeg, Manitoba. As part of our team, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving growth, fostering a team-player mentality, and maintaining the success of the dealership. You’re the captain now.

**The Job**:
As the General Manager, you'll be at the forefront of Capital Ford Lincoln’s success, charting a course for the future and ensuring our staff and customers enjoy a ride that's smoother than a freshly paved road before it has experienced a Winnipeg winter.

You’re bold. You’re confident. You’re a natural-born leader with the ability to make decisions and equip your team to be successful in all departments. Armed with knowledge and experience, you will be responsible for the success of our freshly renovated Winnipeg location.

**What We Expect From You**:

- Targeted unit sales and profit in multiple departments.
- Targeted expense management.
- Targeted employee engagement, experience, satisfaction, and retention.
- Targeted customer satisfaction index.

**Your Experience**:

- Relevant General Manager or General Sales Manager experience, preferably in automotive or related industries.
- Minimum of 10 years of management experience in a sales or service capacity.
- Strong financial acumen
- To be the voice of our business in the area. You’re not afraid to get out and meet our customers and maybe even star in our videos.
- Passion for the industry, the products, services, and the people in the dealership.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean and safe driving record. This is a no-brainer.
