**ESSENTIAL DUTIES**:
- Manage the finance and insurance (F&I) department, including staff supervision and training
- Develop and maintain relationships with lending institutions to secure competitive financing options for customers
- Present financing and insurance options to customers in a clear and compelling manner
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations related to automotive financing and insurance
- Review and approve finance contracts and related documents
- Work with sales team to maximize finance and insurance product sales
- Assist customers with questions or concerns related to financing or insurance
- Miscellaneous duties as assigned
**QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in automotive finance, with a proven track record of success
- Experience managing a team preferred
- Strong understanding of automotive financing and insurance products
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and finance software (e.g., Dealertrack, RouteOne)
