Bouygues Energies & Services, a leading provider of Facilities Management services across Canada, is hiring a permanent full-time Airport Operations Centre (AOC) Operator for the Winnipeg Richardson International Airport.

This role is a unionized position with the Public Service Alliance of Canada (PSAC) and all wages and benefits are set as per the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA). Currently, the wage is $18.46 per hour ($1 less during the probationary period).

The successful applicants must be willing to work a rotating 4x4 schedule of both 12-hour day and night shifts (7am-7pm and 7pm-7am). There will be mandatory training provided for three weeks, Monday through Friday during business hours. All employees must be able to obtain and retain a Transport Security Clearance.

**The successful applicant will also demonstrate**:

- Work experience in a related field - airport or dispatch experience is considered an asset;
- High School diploma required;
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook;
- Well-developed keyboarding skills;
- Knowledge of security systems such as CCTV, access control and fire alarms;
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and oral;
- Excellent customer service skills and professionalism;
- The ability to work in a demanding, fast-paced, and multi-tasking environment;
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
