**BFL CANADA is seeking a Coordinator - Corporate Communications ( Temporary - Full Time) to join it's communication team in Montreal**

Reporting to the Team Leader of the Corporate Communications Department, the **Coordinator - Corporate Communications** will work closely with the entire Communications team. His or her role will be to promote the BFL CANADA brand internally and externally, work with employees and ensure the communication policies and standards.

**WHAT YOUR DAY-TO-DAY LOOKS LIKE**:

- Contributes to and carries out communication plans, strategies and projects that reflect BFL CANADA’s priorities, in collaboration with the Corporate Communications team;
- Supports the Corporate Communications team in the implementation of various communications and marketing projects;
- Participates in the implementation of digital marketing and social media strategies;
- Designs and writes digital and printed marketing materials to support the sales force (Word templates, service proposals, PowerPoint presentations, brochures, pamphlets, etc.);
- Develops advertising concepts in collaboration with the graphic designer;
- Promotes the brand image and ensures national compliance;
- Implement graphic design standards to maintain alignment with the company's brand image;
- Develops templates for presentations (Word, PowerPoint, etc.);
- Ensures document compliance;
- Assume all other tasks and responsibilities related to the position.

**WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE**:

- Degree in communications, marketing or any other relevant field;
- Experience in a similar role;
- Ability to use graphic design software;
- Strong proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite software;
- Bilingual (French and English) both written and spoken;
- Diligence and attention to detail;
- Strong concern for the quality of verbal and written communications;
- Autonomy, sense of responsibility and organization;
- Team spirit and initiative;
- Creativity;
- Strategic vision;
- Good people skills.
