**Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Scheduling and Coordination**:

- Facilitate communication between team members to ensure timely project completion.
- Support the estimates and bidding process by supporting the Project Manager to call suppliers, reviewing bylaw requirements and liaising with the city for permits as necessary.
- **Customer Service**:

- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in all client interactions.
- **Social Media Management**:

- Create visual social media content to promote the company's landscaping services.
- Create and schedule engaging content, including project highlights, landscaping tips, and company updates.
- **Website Update**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to remotely update the company website with current information, including project portfolios, team bios, and service offerings on Wordpress website.
- Ensure that website content is accurate, visually appealing, and aligned with the company's branding.
- **Assist in Project Documentation**:

- Support the documentation of project details virtually, including project timelines, milestones, and client specifications.

**Qualifications**:

- Proficient use of Wordpress and 1 Year of Administrative Experience
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a remote work environment.
- Proficiency in virtual office tools (e.g., Google Workspace suite, virtual project management systems).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in a virtual setting.
- Social media management experience and familiarity with popular platforms.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Interest or knowledge of landscaping and landscape construction industry an asset.

**Education**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (additional relevant coursework or certifications are an asset).
- Completion or currently enrolled in Marketing Diploma or Degree program would be an asset.

**Work Schedule**:

- Part-time hours, flexible virtual schedule (e.g., 15-20 hours per week).
- $20-24/hr depending on experience
