We are currently hiring for CoCo Baristas at Mapleview Dr West, Barrie location.

Position: Full Time / Part Time (Min. 20 hours/week)

Work Schedule: Flexible

Compensation: Hourly pay

Start Date: Mid of August

Responsibilities and functions as a CoCo Baristas include but not limited to the following:

- Working in a fast paced and social environment that delivers a world class guest experience.
- Act with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promote the CoCo brand.
- Demonstrates the ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic and outgoing manner.
- Provide great customer service by anticipates customer and store needs and requirement.
- Maintains regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
- Provides quality beverages consistently to customers by adhering to all recipes and

presentation standards as set forth by Coco's standards.
- Follow the health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products.

Summary of experience:

- Food and beverage experience preferred
- Some food, or customer services related experiences would be an asset
- Ability to learn quickly
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to build relationships

Physical Requirements:

- Constant standing/walking
- Assists with a variety of bar-related functions as needed
- Ability to lift minimum 20 lbs.
- Constant computer/POS Register and bar equipment usage
- Frequent, continual, intermittent flexing or rotation of the wrist(s) and spine
- Constant reaching, turning, and performing precision work around bar area
- Constant receiving detailed information through oral communication
- Constant clarity of vision at near and/or far distances
- Occasional bending, lifting, pushing and restocking inventory and supplies.
