**Job Overview**
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers while preparing high-quality beverages and food items. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring that each guest has a delightful experience from the moment they show up.

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and food items with precision and care.
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers warmly and taking their orders accurately.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for order processing and cash handling.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, including equipment and dining areas.
- Manage inventory levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies to ensure availability.
- Handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining accountability for cash drawer.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
- Uphold company standards for quality and presentation in all food and beverage offerings.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in the food industry or as a Barista is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
- Proficient in using POS systems and basic cashiering skills.
- Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
- REQUIRED* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A positive attitude, teamwork mentality, and willingness to help others are essential traits for success in this role.
