**Toyo Tires Canada currently has an exciting opportunity to join our team as an INSIDE SALES & CONSUMER RELATIONS ADVISOR at our Montreal, QC location**
**OVERVIEW**
The Inside Sales and Consumer Relations Advisor is responsible for handling customer inquiries promptly and effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while developing new leads, communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process.
The Inside Sales Representative liaises, services and builds relationships with internal and external clients and customers. In collaboration with the Sales Team and all departments, the Administrative Advisor is a significant contributor towards the success of Toyo Tires Canada Inc. (“TCI”).
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
Key responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned by the company.
- Coordinate wholesale, retail, end user and sales team related queries
- Handle inquiries regarding customer account pricing, backorders, shipments, stock, and invoices
- Collaborate with outside sales team on various matters including order status, product status, incoming/outgoing shipments, sales campaign qualifications, customer relation calls and product pricing
- Coordinate product shipments with customers, scheduling delivery appointments
- Invoice shipped products daily as per sales campaign pricing
- Provide sales support to Regional Sales Managers and Zone Managers
- Report back orders to Inside Sales Supervisor
- Release back orders and future shipments
- Request stock transfer from another Distribution Centre, as needed, for back order completion
- Distribute copy of booking to Regional Sales Managers and Distribution Centre Managers
- Enter Return Goods Authorizations in system
- Update and maintain warehouse activity calendar for major returns at Distribution Center
- Issuance of credit notes for returned tires
- Help customers with B2B issues
- Provide technical tire fitment recommendations based on industry standards
- Work closely with Warehouse and Logistic teams
- Act as back-up for Logistics Coordinator
- Assist with inventory counts
- Timely response to customer inquiries
- Act as the primary contact for elevated consumer inquiries or complaints
- Monitor and report on vehicle/tire quality issues, product quality concerns and emerging trends
- Provide technical information to Sales and Marketing teams to assist in sales and promotion of Toyo products
**QUALIFICATIONS**

- Fluency in English and French
- Strong focus on customer service and ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Energetic and positive attitude
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills with ability to positively influence customers
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Proven ability to influence others to achieve results
- Strong “value add” selling skills through products, programs and services, motivational skills
- Passenger and light truck tire product knowledge
- Ability to follow Company policies and guidelines
Due to the nature of this role, we will require successful completion of background checks including employment reference and criminal record checks.
**LOCATION & HOURS**
This position will be based out of our Montreal office located at:
- 900 Rue Reverchon, St Laurent, QC, H4T 4L4
- This role is a full-time, year-round 40 hour per week position (Mon - Friday, 8am - 5pm)
