You will assist with maintaining inventories of materials and performing inter-building materials transfer, collaborating closely with our Warehouse team.

**How you might spend your days**:

- Overseeing the receipt, shipment, and delivery of goods, and performing other daily tasks in accordance with training provided such as regular counting, picking, packing, shipment sampling, sortation system, and inventory management
- Ensuring all material transactions are executed in a timely and appropriate manner, including handling of temperature-sensitive and dangerous goods
- Assessing shipment conditions, stocking supply rooms, and completing shipping documentation including signing delivery slips
- Handling materials such as lab coats and laboratory waste containers, and moving pallets using a forklift
- Maintaining warehouse and shipping and receiving areas in a clean, secure orderly fashion at all times; replenishing shipping supplies as needed
- Resolving or escalating shipment issues and liaising with stakeholder groups including custom brokers in a timely manner
- Transporting materials between various buildings using the company van
- Adhering to established safety procedures and SOPs in a cGMP environment

**We'd love to hear from you if**:

- You have at least 2 years of previous warehouse experience
- You have TDG Certification in addition to a valid class 4 driver's license
- You have a valid Forklift licence, or are willing to obtain one
- You take pride in being a self-motivated person, fast learner, collaborative team player, and creative problem solver
- You have excellent organizational and communication skills
- You are physically able to lift up to 40 lbs, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
- You have experience in SAP or similar ERP systems
- You have experience in a GMP warehouse environment (desirable)

**What we offer**:
AbCellera's hiring range for this role is CAD $54,500 - $68,000 annually, commensurate with your education and job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to base salary, we offer annual bonus dependent on team and company performance, and a 6% (non-match) RRSP contribution.

You will have a CAD $1,500 annual Active Lifestyle Allowance, annual vacation, professional development opportunities, and comprehensive health benefits. Scientific and technical mentorship is a priority. And you'll find we prioritize teams and social groups to build community and connections across AbCellera.

**About AbCellera**:
AbCellera is a global company focused on delivering breakthrough medicines that alleviate suffering, extend lives, and improve health. Our platform includes fully integrated capabilities to create first-in-class and best-in-class antibody medicines, from discovery to clinical manufacturing.

We are using our technological advantage to develop programs across multiple indications including endocrine and metabolic conditions, oncology, and inflammation and autoimmunity. We're advancing programs involving complex transmembrane proteins, bispecifics, and antibody drug conjugates.

Creating medicines is the most important work we can do. When tenacious people share a vision and work together, they can truly have a positive impact. That's why we hire for character and intelligence, not just for CVs or experience.

We look for people with drive and energy. People we trust. People who need to know their days are being well spent. That their work really matters. In the end, our success will be measured by the impact of our medicines.
