Our Electrical Counter Sales Representatives are the face of ROBINSON and are known for their well-rounded experience, product knowledge, great customer service, and ability to grow relationships.
We’re seeking a team player that will thrive in a collaborative environment. If you’re someone who values both teamwork and the ability to make each customer interaction memorable, you may be the perfect fit for our team.
**What you will do**:
- Assist customers at the Electrical Counter, provide product information, and ensure a smooth sales & delivery process.
- Serve as the branch’s go-to expert for preparing quotes, and providing sales support to the Outside Sales team.
- Manage stock replenishments, perform inventory checks, and maintain a safe, organized work environment.
- Build lasting internal & external customer relationships with every interaction, strengthening loyalty and trust.
- Continue developing your skills, from product expertise to technical knowledge, to support your career growth.
