RS Breakers & Controls is seeking a Counter Sales Coordinator to provide top-tier customer service, generate sales quotes, and assist walk-in customers with their inquiries and purchases. In this role, you will play a vital part in our sales success while ensuring customers receive the best solutions for their needs.

**What You’ll Do**
- Assist walk-in customers with product selection, inquiries, and purchases.
- Answer sales calls, provide product information, and generate accurate quotes.
- Process sales orders and returns efficiently.
- Build strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and new customer acquisition.
- Support shipping, receiving, and inventory management as needed.
- Utilize CRM and ERP systems to manage quotes, orders, and customer data.
- Provide a superior customer service experience at the counter and over the phone.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management, including occasional site visits.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Minimum of 2 years in sales, customer service, or counter sales (electrical industry experience is an asset).
- Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience with CRM software, generating quotes, and processing orders.
- A passion for delivering outstanding service and problem-solving.
