**We have a temporary position available to fill in for a maternity leave. Approximate period of contracted employment would be November 1, 2025 to March 31st, 2026. Training would start November 2025. There maybe a possibility to extend the contract beyond March 31, 2026.**

Are you a detail-driven professional with a knack for numbers and office organization? We’re a commercial property management company with a diverse portfolio in **Saskatoon and Regina**, and we’re looking for an **experienced Bookkeeper/Office Administrator** to join our team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is confident working independently, and takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Handle day-to-day bookkeeping tasks including **accounts payable and receivable**:

- Prepare and maintain **financial records, reports, and bank reconciliations**:

- Process **invoices, payments, deposits**, and **payroll data**:

- Perform **bank deposits** and ensure accurate tracking of all transactions
- Support **budget planning, forecasting**, and assist with **year-end reconciliations**:

- Ensure all financial data is accurate and up to date
- Maintain excellent **vendor and customer relations**:

- Manage general **office administration and filing**

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Experience in **bookkeeping, accounting, and/or office administration**:

- Strong working knowledge of **QuickBooks, Excel, and MS Word**:

- Must be **reliable, responsible**, and self-motivated
- Impeccable attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Experience in **property management** is a definite asset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$28.00 per hour
