**Role Overview**:
As a bookkeeper, you will work closely with the bookkeeping team to provide exceptional full-cycle bookkeeping and payroll services to our clients. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring timely and effective communication with clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform data entry and maintain accurate financial records
- Reconcile bank and credit card statements
- Process payroll and payroll remittances
- Prepare and submit GST and PST filings
- Provide ongoing bookkeeping support and guidance to clients
- Perform other clerical and administrative duties as required

**Skills, Knowledge, & Experience**:

- Minimum of three years of relevant bookkeeping experience
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop, QuickBooks Online, and Sage
- Experience working with the agricultural industry is an asset
- Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- A client-focused attitude with a commitment to providing excellent customer service
