Head of Customer Success

Tread is looking for a Customer Success leader to grow and develop our Customer Success team. As the Head of Customer Success at Tread, you will be responsible for leading our Customer Success strategy and ensuring high customer engagement and retention. You will have the opportunity to mold and refine our existing best in class and scalable processes.

**YOU'LL WORK ON**
- Leading a team of Customer Success individuals
- Setting Customer Success strategy and defining OKRs
- Hiring, training, developing and retaining a strong team of Customer Success professionals
- Defining our customer profiles and helping our customers receive maximum value from our product
- Representing the voice of our customer in all of our interactions
- Building a Customer Success organization that supports customers from onboarding through renewal
- Creating best in class processes for onboarding, training, support, engagement, and business reviews
- Partnering with the Sales and Product teams to define product goals and Tread’s roadmap
**WHO YOU ARE**
- 7-10 years of experience in Customer Success, with 5 years in a leadership capacity
- Experience leading a team of Customer Success or Customer Service professionals
- Comfortable managing mid-market and enterprise level customers
- Experience helping customers adopt technology to replace manual processes
- B2B SaaS expertise and strong technical aptitude
- Track record of developing and mentoring great talent
- Ability to communicate customer feedback in a concise and strategic manner
- Experience in the construction industry is a big plus
