As a **Customer Success Manager**, you’ll be the trusted advisor for dental offices, ensuring they achieve their goals and maximize the value of our product/service. From onboarding to ongoing support, you'll build strong relationships, drive engagement, and help our clients succeed. **What You’ll Be Doing**
- Own the customer journey—guide dental clients from onboarding through long-term success.
- Be the go-to contact for clients, ensuring they feel supported, valued, and heard.
- Provide strategic insights and best practices to help clients get the most out of our solution.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and support teams to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
- Troubleshoot issues, advocate for client needs, and proactively solve challenges before they escalate.
- Analyze customer data to track engagement, identify risks, and improve adoption.
- Create and refine resources (guides, FAQs, webinars) to enhance customer success.
- Gather feedback and suggest improvements to optimize the customer experience.
**What Makes You a Perfect Fit?**
- Dental industry experience is a plus.
- 3+ years of customer success, account management, or client-facing experience.
- A relationship builder—you excel at earning trust and keeping clients engaged.
- Tech-savvy & quick to learn new platforms (CRMs, helpdesk tools, analytics software).
- A proactive problem solver—you anticipate challenges and tackle them head-on.
- A team player—you collaborate across teams to deliver the best customer outcomes.
- Highly organized and strategic—you balance multiple clients and priorities seamlessly.
- Customer-obsessed—you genuinely care about client success and retention.
