Office Manager

**We are on the look out for dynamic and organised Office Managers to run the day to day operations at our centres.**
About the role:
Reporting to the General Manager, the Office Manager plays a key role in leading the centre operations, ensuring it is always a professional and enjoyable place to work. Customer service is at the forefront of this role as you will be in constant contact with potential and existing clients, working with the General Manager to bring in revenue and expand on our client base.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Greeting visitors in a friendly and professional way
- Supervising staff and contractors when required
- Managing work load
- Proactively manage client concerns
- Working with Accounts and ensuring they have all information required for accurate billing
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $23.00-$31.00 per hour
