Dunpar’s special niche is in building luxury townhomes of character and distinction, starting in Etobicoke and now extending to Mississauga and Vaughan.

**Position Summary**

**Position Responsibilities, Skills & Experience**
- PDI preparation.
- 30-day, 1-year and 2-year inspections with homeowners.
- Knowledge of Tarion CPG is highly beneficial.
- Completion of all home repairs including:
oDrywall repairs
- Trim works
- Painting
- Floor repairs
- Ceiling repairs
- Be Knowledgeable with heating, plumbing & electrical systems.
- Be articulate in English and have a professional demeanor.
- Be able to use a variety of hand and power tools (drills, nail guns, saws, etc.).
- Ensure site cleanliness and the compliance of all health and safety requirements.
- Loading and unloading construction materials and moving them to different work areas.
- Follow instructions from supervisors.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $60,000.00 per year
