We are a successful and growing real estate team in **Langley**, committed to delivering exceptional service to our clients. We’re currently seeking a **Real Estate Assistant** to join us in an administrative role that keeps our operations running smoothly.
**Job Summary**
The Real Estate Assistant will support our lead agent and team with administrative tasks, scheduling, document management, and client communication. This is an ideal position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-focused environment, and is confident using modern digital tools. If you’re organized, tech-savvy, and bring a professional, can-do attitude—we want to hear from you.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate showings
- Prepare and organize documents, including listing and transaction paperwork
- Maintain and organize files using Dropbox and Google Drive
- Create and edit documents in Microsoft Word and Google Docs
- Track deadlines and assist in keeping the team on task
- Support social media posting or scheduling (an asset, not required)
**Qualifications**
- Strong attention to detail and organization
