**Pay Range: $21.00 - 22.25 / hour**

This position is available at our manufacturing facility located in Milton, ON.

**Essential Functions and Responsibilities**:

- Create, confirm and manage requisitions and POs related to maintenance, repair, operations and across all departments.
- SAP data entry and administrative duties across all departments as requested.
- Maintain, monitor, generate reports off CMMS software.
- Follow up on open work orders with personnel.
- Develop and process work orders and PM schedules for maintenance department.
- Track equipment maintenance history, parts use and predictive/preventive maintenance history.
- Expedite orders and back orders.
- Negotiate best price contracts with outside vendors.
- Distribution of maintenance materials, spare parts and stock items.
- Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and cost control.
- Support Maintenance Manager in shutdown preparation, project costing, contractor coordination and performance tracking.
- Perform work in a safe and healthy manner.
- Participation in ongoing H&S training, audits etc.
- Maintain PO tracker and monitor monthly expense budget.
- Scanning and filing soft copies of invoices, work orders, reports etc.
- Is flexible to perform other duties as described by your manager

**Skills and Competencies**
- High School Diploma required
- Post-secondary education in technical field and/or previous work experience in a similar environment is an asset
- Experience in plastic Injection moulding industry is an asset
- Experience working with CMMS and SAP is an asset
- Strong computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office is required
- Ability to interact with colleagues at all levels of the organization in a professional manner
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills especially with attention to detail
- Self-starting proactive individual, who takes initiative, works well independently or under supervision

**Shift Requirements**:

- In-office Days, Monday to Friday with 30-minute paid break.
