Milton, Canada Recochem Inc. Full time

Plan, organize, and manage man-power and administrative procedures in Maintenance Department including shifts coverage, timesheets, daily logs, downtime reports and etc.
- Supervise and coach the maintenance supervisor, electrician(s), mechanic(s), maintenance assistant(s), machinist and parts coordinator.
- Hire, train and onboard the new staff in the maintenance department.
- Managing the spare parts room and daily operations (replenishment, cycle count, layout, etc.) to ensure that we maintain the target inventory level of spare parts while managing the budget and expenses properly.
- Manage relationships and contracts with external vendors, OEMs and service providers including quotations, POs, invoices, payments, scope of works, scheduling and etc.
- Supervise the external vendors and OEMs when they are working on the site to manage the agreed scope of the work and roadblocks.
- Work closely with production and scheduler to plan overhauls and services with minimum interruption in production schedules.
- Work closely with Plant Engineer to ensure that we support the emergency repairs and regular services in the facility. This may include servicing the building, stationary equipment and any other facility related equipment or systems.
- Plan and oversee all repairs, regular PMs and installation activities.
- Support the capital and engineering projects; FAT, installation, SAT, training and commissioning of the new equipment, systems and machinery.
- Manage the department budget and create reports on expenses, services, safety inspections, and downtime statistics.
- Work closely with AP to ensure that all vendors and critical contractors are getting paid accurately and timely based on scope of the work and service reports.
- Manage all maintenance projects including PM Program and Equipment Upgrade/Overhaul and evaluate them regularly.

**Salary**: From $95,000.00 per year
