**GENERAL ACCOUNTABILITY**:
The Jr. Customer Service/Dispatcher's responsibilities include receiving emergency and non-emergency calls from clients and vendors, monitoring driver logs, keeping records, addressing problems, and dispatching appropriate team members for service calls. Jr. CSD should have good judgment skills and the ability to make decisions quickly, providing excellent service and communication. Jr. CSD should have excellent multitasking skills, the ability to work independently or in a group and a vast knowledge of the print service industry.

**SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES: (supporting the Sr. Dispatch Manager)**

**Dispatch/Service**
- support customers and techs
- entry: service calls and communication to technicians
- invoice/warranty service calls
- warranty/exchange/down machine request/follow-ups
- schedule and update installs/relocations/removals

**Sales/Supply**
- order supplies/equipment
- provide admin manager with equipment/serial #'s for billing
- support account managers and materials coordinator
- update the internal system with new CPC & update

**Shipping/Receiving**
- create PO, check pricing and update, and place an order with the supplier
- equip special promo & discount, update pricing, add to PO remarks
- support shipping personnel if away
- manage inventory
- request for RA, credits and warranty

**Admin Support**
- answer and direct calls
- filing and scanning
- take credit card payment info
- update accounts and set up new accounts

**PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS**:
You will have to do some lifting of supplies and materials from time to time. Ladder use may be needed.

**Experience**:
1+ years of relevant experience within the Print Service industry

High school Diploma or College Certificate

**Requirements**:
Driver License in good standing, with own transportation to office

Work in the office environment

**Salary**: From $35,000.00 per year
