**Job Summary**:
**How you will make an impact**:
You will be responsible for administering and submitting information into client platforms related to the collection of our accounts receivable and prepare client invoices.

Now, if you were to come on board as one of our new **Accounts Receivable Specialists**, we’d ask you to do the following for us:

- Complete the set up of accounts on various client account receivable platforms, such as ARIBA, Coupa, Corigo Pro, etc.
- Administer profiles for users of the platforms
- Liase with Operations and clients regarding purchase order allocations to align with invoices for submission
- Identify and troubleshoot issues regarding the upload/input of invoice data to client systems for payment
- Monitor submissions for payment approvals and follow up on issues
- Prepare client invoices and back up for submission
- Liase with AR Collections Specialist, review AR Aging and assist with follow-up as required
- Perform other tasks assigned by manager as needed.

- Ability to work in a hybrid work environment (2 days a week in a newly constructed office)
- Post-secondary degree/diploma or relevant certification/experience in accounting/finance/administration
- Proficient in MS Office and accounting software
- Ability to set priorities, manage multiple tasks and meet frequent deadlines
- Strong attention to detail as well as critical thinking and analytical skills
- Self-motivated with ability to work autonomously
- Effective and engaging communicator
