AECOM is looking for a Quality Specialist. to be based in Markham, ON.

**Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:
Provide Quality Oversight services for various transit and transportation projects;
Monitor quality assurance policies and procedures;
Plan, Conduct and Document Quality Audits;
Investigate non-conformance issues and identify Root Cause(s);
Issue non-conformance reports;
Verify mitigation measures;
Confirm implementation of Corrective Action(s);
Collect and compile statistical quality data;
Provide KPI (Key Performance Indicators) Reporting;
Prepare reports provide the summary of Audit Findings.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor Degree in a science or an engineering discipline + 4 years of experience OR Technical Diploma + 6 years relevant experience in planning and conducting quality audits

G or G2 Class Driver’s license

Preferred Qualifications

ISO 9001 Training Certification

ISO Lead Auditor Certification is ideal

**Computer literate**: MS Office, Word, Excel
