**Full Time Administrative position**

Clearview Horticultural Products is a leading supplier of plants to North America markets. Although we need a quality individual to help us 12 months of the year, being seasonal, we are offering long weekends (an extra day with pay) July through October.

Spring is very busy, thus expect a fast-paced office environment. You will need to be organized and a self-starter. You will be expected to take care of your primary responsibilities as well as help the team on a wide variety of tasks.

**Primary Responsibilities**
- Purchasing
- Accounts Payable
- Arranging freight
- Data entry

**Requirements**:

- Post secondary degree or relevant experience
- Strong computer skills including Excel
- Willing to work overtime

**Bonus Qualifications**
- Advanced IT skills
- Graphic Design skills

**More Details**
- 4 Day work week July to October. The 5th day is a paid day off
- 8am to 430pm Monday to Friday for the remainder of the year with overtime in the spring.
- In addition, you get 2 weeks (4%) paid vacation time, blackout months April and May
- Benefits are optional after 3 months We pay 50%
- Starting Wage $50,000+ depending on qualifications with opportunity for advancement

**Salary**: From $50,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
- Overtime

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Langley, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 2 years (required)
