- PSW Certificate
- Must possess good communication, leadership and interpersonal skills

**The responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to**
- **Assisting or providing total personal care such as toileting, bathing, and perineal respects and uses sensitivity in spiritual, cultural and ethnic aspects of resident care**

**Assisting with ambulation, positioning, and transferring using mechanical lifts such as a Hoyer lift**

- **Assists with the assessment, planning, implementing and evaluation of individualized care to meet the resident’s holistic needs and promotes and respects the Resident Bill of Rights**
- **Computer or paper documentation of Activities of Daily Living (ADL’s) and other findings.**
- **Self-actualization by helping patient/resident/client to reach maximum potential.**

**Salary**: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
