**Overview**
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to join our team. **Responsibilities**
- Provide personal care and support to individuals, including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Administer medications as prescribed and monitor clients for any side effects or changes in condition.
- Prepare nutritious meals according to dietary needs and preferences.
- Assist clients with mobility and transfers, ensuring their safety at all times.
- Engage clients in meaningful activities that promote social interaction and mental stimulation.
- Maintain a clean and organized living environment for clients.
- Support individuals with dementia care by providing reassurance and companionship.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans.
- Offer emotional support to clients and their families during challenging times, including hospice care situations.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in caregiving or support roles is preferred, particularly in senior care, nursing homes, or assisted living facilities.
- Knowledge of medication administration protocols and best practices.
- Familiarity with the unique challenges faced by persons with disabilities.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and healthcare providers.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Compassionate demeanor with a genuine desire to help others improve their quality of life.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing client needs and schedules.
