Real Estate Conveyancer

Located in downtown Vancouver in the historic The Landing building overlooking the harbour and North Shore mountains and next to Waterfront Station, Morris Law is a small but fun and supportive, top rated legal practice specializing in real estate and estate planning.
**Essential Functions**
We are in search of a conveyancer who will work closely with our lawyers and be responsible for the following:
- Provide on-site intermediate to senior level conveyancing skills, including all facets of residential purchase and sale transactions and real estate financing;
- Be familiar with eConveyance and LTSA to generate the documents required and have good file flow management skills;
- Have strong verbal and written communication skills, high attention to detail, ability to consistently meet deadlines, ability to take initiative and limited need for supervision.
This full-time, permanent position offers very competitive compensation
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $75,442.00-$84,503.00 per year
