**Intermediate Real Estate Paralegal/Conveyancer**

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 4+ years of experience in real estate law or conveyancing
- Proficiency in English both verbal and written
- Familiarity with the British Columbia land title system and the Land Title Office processes
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Full computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Adobe Suite
- Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously
- Adaptable and productive in a challenging work environment

**Responsibilities**:

- Preparing conveyance for review by the lawyer or senior paralegal
- Conducting title searches and due diligence investigations
- Reviewing real estate documents, including purchase agreements, covenants and leases and identifying material terms
- Drafting simple real estate documents
- Communicating with clients, real estate agents, and other parties involved in transactions
- Coordinating and facilitating real estate closings
- Managing and organizing physical and electronic files
- Assisting with the preparation of legal documents and filings
- Handling client inquiries and providing updates on case progress
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation
- Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- Providing support to lawyers and senior paralegals as needed
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, organizing, and scheduling

- GoVeyance (Digital conveyancing Solution)
- NetDocuments (Document Management System)
- Appara (Digital Corporate Maintenance System)
- CosmoLex (Accounting and Billing Platform)
- DocuSign (E-Signatures)

**Salary**: $60,000 - $70,000
