Not only will you assist with our printing, shipping, packing, and other fulfillment needs, you’ll also be an essential part of managing our customer experience.

**Role**: As a Production Worker, your primary responsibilities include printing various items such as apparel, stationary, and hardgoods (mugs, water bottles etc.)

**WHAT YOU'LL DO**
- Receiving and reviewing work order jobs for various printing methods, determine estimated printing times, ink, and material quantities.
- Conduct pre-production preparation.
- Preparing / vectoring designs for production use
- Preparing machines for print
- Operating various equipment such as our Direct-to-garment (DTG), Embroidery, plotters, Lasers, and UV printers.
- Running prints and performing quality checks throughout the printing process.
- Troubleshooting problems as they arise.
- Drying, folding, and packing completed articles after the run.
- Have practical, hands-on industry experience in promotional products and apparel printing.
- Be highly skilled at setting up and operating automatic printing machines including.
- Roland VS-540 Plotter
- Universal v50 Laser Machine
- Konica 1060L Professional Copier
- Universal UV printer
- Epson F2000 DTG
- Sublimation machine
- Be familiar with the latest industry trends, equipment, and technology.

**WHAT YOU BRING**
- High school diploma
- 2+ years of previous work experience in têxtiles, a design space or screen-printing environment is required.
- Proficiency with required desktop publishing tools, including Photoshop, InDesign Quark, and Illustrator.
- Proficient computer skills including Cordell Draw, Adobe illustrator required.
- Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design.
- Experience working in a têxtile printing operation.
- High level of creative and artistic skills.
- Ability to work with ink and chemicals every day.
- A strong eye for visual composition as well as Excellent hand-eye coordination.
- Able to give and receive constructive criticism.
- Ability to manually operate large machinery.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Effective time management skills and the ability to
