Thank you for your interest in joining the HALO family We are a small, family-run company who have been around since 2014 here in the Kitchener-Waterloo region but we service all of Ontario.
Specifically, we work with clients with hoarding disorder, clients whose homes need to be cleaned out due to illness or passing away, biohazardous cleanups and also some light & heavy-duty cleaning and household chores for people who need help living independently (people with disabilities, the elderly, etc.).
**HOW WE DO IT**
Our clients are referred to us through community partners, family members and friends and self-referrals. No matter their referral source and no matter the job, we create a customized Plan of Care with our clients to best understand their needs and exactly what we are going to do to help. Based on the Plan of Care, a quote is created so everyone involved knows the expectations for the work to be completed. After the initial work has been completed we offer follow-up visits and ongoing maintenance if required.
Currently we have 1 Client Care Specialist position available within HALO. This position is full time weekdays.
Most of our work is within the Kitchener-Waterloo area but you may be required to drive further on occasion (i.e./ to Hamilton or the GTA) - if that is the case you will be compensated for your mileage.
