**Summary**
We are seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to join our team in Kitchener, ON. In this pivotal role, you will enhance customer satisfaction by ensuring seamless interactions and support throughout their journey with us. Your contributions will be vital in upholding our commitment to exceptional service.
**Responsibilities**
- Address Client inquiries before, during, and after their purchase
- Effectively and efficiently interact with potential and existing Clients across all channels and platforms
- Share service related information, answer inquiries on pricing, service descriptions etc.
- Collect, coordinate, and communicate information and activities with other members of the team
- Maintain current and accurate records in the Client Relationship Management (CRM) system
- Prepare and submit progress reports and project updates
- Resolve any issues or complaints related to service delivery
- Tracking sales and marketing key performance indicators
- Collect Client feedback
- Maintain current and accurate Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to Client journey
- Establish work schedules and procedures
- Identify training needs and train workers in job duties and company policies
- Ensure the smooth operation of systems and equipment and arrange for maintenance and upgrades
**Qualifications**
- Completion of secondary school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Post-secondary education (preferred)
- 1+ years of customer service experience (required)
- High proficiency with desktop operating systems
- Strong computer skills and proficiency with Google Workspace
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to provide high-quality customer service
- Excellent verbal and written communications
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Able to work independently
- Experience in Hubspot and Digital Marketing platforms an asset
Pay: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
