Our organization has multiple brands and businesses within the aesthetic industry, headquartered in Concord. We are currently seeking a creative and highly motivated Marketing

Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will play an essential part in shaping and elevating the presence of our brands. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will work collaboratively with various teams to drive our brands' success in the market.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Social Media Strategist:

- Manage social media accounts for multiple brands.
- Create and regularly post branded content, including posts, stories, and reels.
- Coordinate content from other sources and ensure it aligns with our branding.

2. Event Planning Coordinator:

- Plan and organize events, such as opening events and filming days.
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure successful event execution.

3. Influencer Marketing Specialist:

- Research and identify suitable influencers for collaborations.
- Coordinate end-to-end influencer partnerships, including agreement negotiation, scheduling, and content approval.

4. Content Creator:

- Write content for our websites to ensure clear and engaging messaging.
- Contribute to websites’ design, focusing on aesthetics and user experience to enhance online presence and visitor satisfaction.
- Craft engaging and SEO-optimized blog articles.
- Ensure all content is in line with our brand's messaging and aesthetics.

5. Marketing Material Designer:

- Design brochures, booklets, and other marketing materials.
- Coordinate marketing projects, working with external suppliers like graphic designers, branding experts, printing companies, and other marketing team members.

6. Marketing Innovation:

- Come up with marketing ideas and oversee their implementation.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and areas for improvement in our marketing efforts.
- Actively engage with our social media platforms and propose improvements to enhance our online presence and engagement.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
- Excellent understanding of branding and the cosmetics/skincare industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Having a creative mindset and the ability to work on designs for marketing materials is a valuable asset
- Ability to work collaboratively as well as independently.

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Concord, ON L4K 0A8: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
