Closet Factory is looking to add 10-15 Designers to our team in January. If you enjoy collaborating with clients, have an eye for design and are looking for a flexible schedule, this might be perfect for you.

Our Designers have an enormous passion for what they do. They create. They design. They turn the chaos of a client’s home into an organized work of art. They take the time to create a solution that fits the organizational, aesthetic and budgetary needs of each client with a one-on-one consultation set by our customer service team.

Each Designer is expected to take 12-14 appointments per month in their assigned territory. We offer a comprehensive paid training program and the best technical support in the industry. We also provide ongoing training to keep you up to date with the latest in design innovation and advances in the industry. An average Design Consultant should expect to earn $40,000-$60,000 per year. We are looking to hire 4-5 new Designers in each of the following territories:

- Toronto
- Mississauga
- Oakville/Burlington

The initial training period will be from 9am to 4pm on January 6th - January 13th at our Mississauga office.
