Core responsibilities

The primary function of this role will be to provide support to enable underwriting operations. This will require the development of foundational insurance and underwriting knowledge, while also building skillsets within business development, marketing and IT.

Accountabilities
- Underwriting
- Reviewing submissions, preparing quoting templates, issuing new policies
- Supporting the policy renewal process and handling endorsement/change requests
- Administrative support to:

- Track and maintain submission log
- Report monthly bordereaux using Lloyd’s Lineage platform
- Update and maintain the product offering matrix
- Business Development and Marketing
- Support the development and maintenance of:

- Product sheets to outline Zipper’s appetite and product offering
- Pitch deck to be used for broker presentations
- Monthly newsletter and reports to be shared with broker and prospective partners
- Attend
- Meetings with brokers and prospective partners
- Training sessions
- Opportunities for professional development
- Technology
- Update and maintain policy documents and templates within Brokercore
- Supporting the development and implementation of:

- New products to be added to Brokercore
- BMS enhancements
- Ad Hoc
- Analysis to support the understanding of Zipper’s book of business to assess performance and potential trends
