**Responsibilities**

As our Technical Marketing Specialist, you will:

- Develop, execute, optimize, and troubleshoot multi-channel marketing funnels and workflows.
- Supervise significant budgets for paid ad campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads.
- Set up and enhance CRMs like Hubspot and Active Campaign for smooth operations.
- Employ automation software like Zapier for creating instant notifications and crafting conditional paths with multi-action steps across various channels.
- Harness AI technology to improve team efficiency and quality of output.
- Document comprehensive reports on funnels and data flows.
- Implement efficient tracking systems for data management.
- Conduct data analysis to optimize marketing automations and provide insightful reports.
- Collaborate effectively with Account Managers and team members, contributing to clients' projects.
- Create, execute, and manage cross-platform digital marketing campaigns, including paid search and social media, contributing to paid digital marketing initiatives.
- Offer strategic insights for client benefit and agency improvement.
- Monitor, evaluate, and enhance marketing campaign performance on a continual basis.
- Ensure budgets, quality scores, impression share, and other crucial metrics are maintained.
- Stay abreast of digital marketing industry trends.
- Regularly update team members and clients on project progress, timelines, and results.
- Track KPIs to evaluate performance and identify issues.
- Produce detailed reports and insights for clients, analyzing campaign performance.

**Skills and Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

- Proven experience as a Marketing Automation and Ads Specialist, managing substantial ad budgets.
- Mastery of multi-channel marketing funnels and workflows.
- Hands-on experience with CRM setup and optimization, especially with Hubspot and Active Campaign.
- Proficiency in automation software, such as Zapier.
- Familiarity with AI technology, preferably with experience in GPT-4 API.
- Proficiency in data management, including setting up tracking systems, conducting data analysis, and creating comprehensive reports.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Exceptional self-motivation, ability to thrive under pressure, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
- Comfortable with Google Slides, Docs, and Sheets.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, along with relevant industry certifications.

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
